1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

Domestic shipping rates are based directly on current USPS shipping rates. International shipping rates vary based on location and order size/weight.

Order Processing Time:

All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.

Damages:

JAYU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file an official claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us promptly at jayuxus@gmail.com so we can review the situation and make appropriate accommodations.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ENTER YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTLY. JAYU does not edit shipping addresses and cannot change or update a shipping address after order processing has begun. JAYU is not responsible for unfulfilled, lost, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect address entries made by the customer.

Pre-Order Policy:

Please note that certain items or drop releases will be designated as a Pre-Order. Pre-orders take approximately 2 to 5 weeks to ship after the website closes. Pre-order timelines are estimates and subject to production or logistics schedules.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

All sales are final. No returns allowed.

Refunds:

We do not accept any returns and do not process any refunds unless there are specific, extreme circumstances that warrant a refund (determined solely at the discretion of JAYU).

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS ALLOWED. Please consult size charts and item specifications before completing your order.

3. Chargeback, Payment Dispute & Anti-Fraud Policy

By placing an order on JAYU, the buyer explicitly agrees to the terms outlined below regarding credit card chargebacks and payment disputes:

Binding Agreement: Completing a checkout on our store constitutes a legally binding agreement that you have read, understood, and accepted all posted store policies, including our strict All Sales Final and Shipping terms.

Carrier Delivery as Legal Proof: Proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier (USPS or international carrier equivalent)—including delivery confirmation scans, tracking status showing "Delivered," or GPS coordinate data—serves as conclusive legal proof that the product was delivered and the transaction was fulfilled completely by JAYU.

Chargeback Prevention Protocol: Submitting a chargeback, claim, or payment dispute alleging "Item Not Received," "Unrecognized Transaction," or "Unauthorized Charge" for an order that displays a confirmed carrier delivery scan or valid tracking history constitutes Friendly Fraud.

Submission of Evidence: In the event of a chargeback or bank dispute, JAYU will immediately submit comprehensive evidence to your financial institution, credit card issuer, and merchant processor to defend the charge. Evidence provided will include:

1. Time-stamped IP address, device session logs, and verified matching billing/shipping details at checkout.

2. Carrier tracking logs and official delivery verification.

3. Digital timestamps showing your explicit acceptance of these posted terms and conditions at checkout.

4. Direct communication logs between the customer and JAYU.

Policy Enforcement & Blacklisting: Any customer or associated account/address found initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be permanently blacklisted from making any future purchases across all JAYU web stores, future drops, and releases. JAYU also reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to collections agencies or credit bureaus.
